I worked for Randi in the very formative first few years of my career when he lead the Game Dev Programs team. Randi was a role model "servant leader" always helping us without being prescriptive and asking earnest questions that helped us improve. Randi supported our Workstation segment by organized our ISV strategy in a way that lays out our initiatives from the high level view for executives to the lower level / high detail for our tactical execution experts. Compute platforms fully deliver on their promise when paired with top ISV applications, optimized, polished and hungry for performance. Randi works extremely well under pressure, limited resources and strict timelines. He has been always respectful in high pressure environments and has maintained the kind of strategic mentality you want to have on your team.
